CEO는 단 3가지 일만 한다.
회사의 전체적인 비전과 전략을 설정하고 그것을 모든 이해당사자에게 소통시킨다. 회사를 위해 필요한 최고의 인재를 뽑고 만족해서 일할 수 있도록 유지한다. 은행에 항상 충분한 현금이 있는지 확인한다. 그밖의 모든 일(Tasks)은 팀에 위임(Delegate) 한다.
A CEO does only three things. Sets the overall vision and strategy of the company and communicates it to all stakeholders. Recruits, hires, and retains the very best talent for the company. Makes sure there is always enough cash in the bank.
